Filmmaker and his Body Musick is happy to announce the release of 6-track E.P. 'Tracer' by Stockholm-based duo Harlem Electronics. The E.P. features 6-tracks building on the Liaisons Dangereuses-esque electro-funk and no wave showcased on the duo's album' Bait' for Berlin-label Veyl Records last year.

'Tracer' brings down the H.E. sound to a creepy tempo driven by propulsive rhythms that build tension and urgency. Chopped-up samples sourced in a way that recalls German artist Hito Steyerl's essay 'In defense of the poor image' and processed for percussive effect intermingle with focused yet unrushed vocals. 

Simultaneously sly, seductive, and menacing, the vocals on 'Tracer' mirror the record's theme of false prophets and the contemporary manifestations of religious hegemony. It's a tough, teasing, and irresistibly contagious soundtrack to humanity's ongoing mutation.

From this dazzling release, we premiere the track 'Salt your wound'; a tasty track with its drilling baseline encircled by trainspotting-like vocals and brutal drums.

Impair Pierre is Léonard Lampion's new alias, created as an escape route from dark basements and the influence of club music. Since 2017, Impair Pierre has been writing songs in his office in Grenoble using synthesisers, guitar, and voice. Finding inspiration in the events of everyday life, he seeks to develop a form of minimalism.

Promenades de jour - this record developed from a desire to write songs that were relatively refined and spontaneous. It brings together experiments with the Yamaha PS-20 synth, songs imbued with a certain melancholy, and others with a more satirical bent. The record is a succession of photos, landscapes, and situations both real and imaginary, like a walk in the spring sun.

Impair Pierre écrit des chansons depuis son bureau de Grenoble depuis 2017 avec différents synthétiseurs, sa guitare et chante sur certains morceaux. L’inspiration lui vient du quotidien et il recherche une forme de minimalisme.

Il regroupe des expérimentations inspirées par le synthé yamaha PS-20, des chansons imprégnées d’un certaine mélancolie et d’autres plus satiriques. Greek DIY label DYSTATIK (@dystatik), run by Athenian DJ/producer dry_feel (@dry_feel), welcomes on board a Darkwave duo from Thessaloniki, Greece founded by tristixia and sofia spyridonidou, named Kama Muta. On Kama Muta's debut album on Dystatik, the band introduces us 8 +1 bonus (cassette & digital) tracks, fluctuating from Synth Pop to Darkwave and from Minimal Synth to Synth Punk sounds, when the same time, the lyrics unfolding an allegorical story within a dystopian setting. An infinite buzz in a boundless echo. 8 times that the voices burned.

WL//WH is pleased to premiere "Δύτης / Diver", an off-kilter dystopian allegory, introduced by sad ceremonial glowing keyboard swells, unfolds over the resounding rhythms of tight crashing drum beats, and tense buzzing bassline pulses, surrounded by alarming glaring synth vortexes, to coalesce in an obsessive dramatic backdrop for ominous spoken word vocals, rising, albeit briefly, in terror as an attempt to save another tragically fails for both.
