Baby Troy is an upcoming artist from Lubbock TX. Born Elston Troy Howard Jr. on July 19, 1985. "Baby Troy" as his family and close friends call him, is the eldest of one sibling that was raised together in the same household. Originally having dreams of becoming a professional football player. Baby Troy could not ignore his passion for music. Possessing an undeniable talent for storytelling he quickly changed into rapping and singing. Baby Troy has a laid back smooth sound of his own and is making a name for himself around his home town of Lubbock TX and surrounding areas. Baby Troy began writing music when he was in Jr. High School at the age 14. He became serious about rapping, singing and writing music once he reached high school .Dedicating countless hours in the studio and sleepless nights, he began hitting the streets with mix tapes and singles. Within weeks and months Baby Troy's fan base rapidly increased around town. He has opened up for a lot of artist that need no introduction in the Hip Hop world such as Lil Boosie, Chamillionaire, Paul wall, Lil Flip, DMX, OG Ron C, and The Freestyle Kings. Baby Troy has also performed at local night clubs around his city such as Buca's, Backstage, Club Karma, Fubar and Obar. He has also received love and spins from DJ'S at the local nightclubs like Karma, Club 97, Heaven, Luxor, Klusoz and Buca's nightclubs. Lubbock TX is not the only city this artist is getting DJ spins from Baby Troy is receiving spins from cities including Dallas TX (Black Orchid Gentlemen's club), Haltom city, Houston TX, Fort worth TX, Irving TX, and Seattle Washington. Baby Troy's debut album "Pimpalicous" was released on September 2, 2014.Baby Troy has sold countless copies in stores, on the streets and surrounding towns and cities.
