Tours City born producer French Kiwi Juice or FKJ is due to drop his second EP this summer ‘Time For A Change’ via exciting French label, Roche Musique.

A fresh guise for French Kiwi Juice, this is an artist who has wasted little time embedding his fresh breed of soulful electronic music in our minds.

Having previously released the undeniably contagious ‘Lying Together’, FKJ has set the blogsphere alight with EP lead track ‘So Much To Me’ which earned a spot in Bondax’s debut XLR8R mix.

A rare act, for once exceeding all hype, FKJ has carved his own niche with tracks such as ‘Instant Need’; all suave, effortless piano-driven grooves and ‘Unchained’ which is as close to sunshine in audio form as you can possibly get. Completed by ‘Between Moods’ which swings with smooth melodic basslines, ‘Time For A Change’ EP is a lesson in how 
to craft emotion-fuelled, sunshine pop songs.

Already supported by the likes of Bondax, Moon Boots, Earmilk and Indie Shuffle, FKJ recently played his debut UK show alongside Bondax, Star Slinger and Karma Kid. With music as fresh as this, make sure you keep two eyes firmly peeled for new music from FKJ and Roche Musique.

The Primal Groove EP was born and it starts off with ‘Apples’, a Motor city soul drenched track with filtered bass, dusty horn samples and spaced out guitar licks. Shuffled along by MPC beats before an otherworldly vocal washes over and brings it all to a close. ‘Shishingo’ is up next with it’s clever vocal manipulation, bouncy drums, subtle organ flourishes and a skipping bassline that builds up to some good ol’ time piano workout. Completing the A side is ‘Dinner At Michelle’s’... the most disco cut of the 12”. More shuffling shakers and filtered guitar loops backed by a thumping kick and ever circling strings leading the way for a full on 4/4 workout.

Flipping over to the B sides introduces us to the title track ‘Primal Groove’ that takes us deep into a nostalgic trip with its string swells and filtered bass. Moonee is flexing his deep house muscles on this one as snappy percussion punctuates more MPC sampling, building tension towards the reveal of the main heads down groove section… classy business. Finally for dessert is ‘Boka’ a sumptuous glistening track that’s primed for beachside sunsets. Saturated with hypnotic vibes that’ll help you drift away into a calmer, more peaceful sanctuary.

Longstanding Russian producer Anton Lanski is the new joint on Neovinyl Recordings. He will add to his discography two sharp new cuts on his upcoming EP "Sitting In The Dark". This forthcoming effort will show off Lanski's music, which can be defined as the impurity of deep sounds infused with techno shapes.

The opening track "Sitting In The Dark", it's a gently way of introducing himself as a wells of finest chords. The song feels like it's bracing itself for one dreamy vocal that comes across to reach the nirvana. On the contrary "Love Him Not" shows again traces of Lanski's personality with a solid beat, a laid over of melodies and a lot of intricate sonic flourishes.

On the remixes for this release we can find two jams sent directly from the heart of our man Matthias Fiedler and Barcelona based talent IAAM. Fiedler keeps reminding how beautiful could be his way of crafting rhythms and makes a melodic perspective of "Love Him Not". On the other hand we have IAAM that prefers to stick his remix to a classic sound, keeping the vibes of "Sitting In The Dark" straightforward and effective.
