A-Audio is the Drum & Bass duo formed of Jason Forman (DJ Addiction) and Dave Thomson (42floor/91db) who have a history of making high quality, hard hitting dance music together.

Between them they have previous releases on Creative Source, Good Looking, Moving Shadow, Hospital Records, V Recordings to name just a few, and support from the likes of DJ Marky, Bryan Gee, Jumping Jack Frost and Fabio & Grooverider.

This new project is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with, and this two track single is evidence of that. Stop Right There / Save Us is a demonstration of their class, their signature blend of soul, jazz and hard hitting bass ticks all the boxes and we’re really excited to have them on the label.

The Bachelors link up with fellow SF producer Jamal (Commercial Suicide, Formation), Bristol's Ben Soundscape (The Insiders, Intrigue), and Los Angeles vocalist Jo-S (Metalheadz, Shogun) to deliver the upbeat, yet dark, roller entitled "Never Die". Reflective lyrics are surrounded by knocking beats, heavy subs, and aggressive synth modulations creating an undeniable impact for the dancefloor.

Don't Hold Back / Cartier is the first sampler off of the forthcoming third album from Bachelors Of Science set for release early 2015 on CODE Recordings.

Featuring the vocal talents of Dylan Germick, Don't Hold Back is a deep moody cut of vocal DnB, perfect for the changing seasons. In addition to the DnB version this release will also include a stripped back "808" version.

Cartier as the backing track brings some of the classic BoS soulful vibes that the scene has come to know and love. Lush guitars, piano chords and sultry vocals carry this melancholy track along.

Both tracks are taken from the upcoming album "II", set for release in early 2015. Enjoy, and thanks for the support!

Few artists to emerge from North America’s Drum & Bass culture have made such a significant or enduring impact as San Francisco based trio Bachelors of Science. Formed in 2005, the group has carved out an unmistakable signature sound that spans the full emotional scope of the genre. From deep liquid over to the harder dance floor sounds of DnB, BoS have retained their musical quality and a loyal following, picking up a Beatport award for Best Drum n Bass single and several features on BBC Radio 1 while garnering DJ support across the scene from artists like LTJ Bukem, High Contrast, Friction, S.P.Y, Spectrasoul, Doc Scott, Bryan Gee, Marky, and many more.

Having released music on labels like Spearhead, Dirtybird, Fokuz, Horizons and Intrigue, in 2012 they launched CODE Recordings as an outlet for their music as well as standout productions from some of the top artists in the DnB scene.

On stage BoS bring an energy and vibe that is all their own. From top clubs like Fabric and Ministry of Sound to festivals and events such as Tomorrowland, Sun and Bass, Hospitality and Liquicity, the guys regularly perform around the world taking crowds on a unique journey with everything from originals and bootlegs to custom edits of cutting edge tracks and past future classics.
