Ferenc Szanati (Euphonic Moments - HU)

Ferenc Szanati has been working as a DJ since 2007, when he won the Justmusic.FM, the most listened to online radio DJ competition at the time.
Over time, his musical tastes also took shape, striving for quality selections in each style. Initially, progressive house, then deep house, and now mostly dub techno define their sets. In addition to the music, the sound quality is also important to him so that the music always sounds as good as possible on different systems, which is why he is committed to vinyl.
In 2011, he received a regular opportunity as a resident DJ and editor at Helikon Radio Keszthely's Radio program, Cocktail, to make his favourite styles available on terrestrial broadcasting in the region.
In 2015, they co-founded the Euphonic Moments series of events with his friend AeRo, This series has become a permanent program on  Radio Tilos (Budapest, FM90.3 and online)since that time.. Dub techno-centric broadcasts can be heard every two weeks, in addition to live DJ sets and foreign guest mixes.
He has visited places such as Club Dallas, Nemdebár, Mika Tivadar's Nightclub, Larm, Dürer Garden, Picnic Manufactory, Gátőrház, Aurora, Telep, and Müszi, Deep Vision Night Camp.

Is there a relationship between (being at) ease and dis-ease?
The question poses itself during a period of intense stress. One occurrence after another leading to a prolonged tensing of the body. Perhaps the shoulders and arms are tight, the forehead scrunched, the stomach held in. Perhaps its elsewhere or all over whatever the case what can help, what can elevate the tension and introduce a feeling of ease?
As I sit at my desk, it comes to mind that certain tracks, that are deep, drawn out like long in and out breaths cause a relaxing of the body…a releasing of tension and self resulting in a sinking deeper into one’s body, one’s pocket, one’s home, one’s church and a feeling of ease…being at ease,
True ease for me feels joyous and so, as I journey through the drawn out tracks, conscious of breath and the act of breathing, a physical relaxation followed by a psychological relaxation ensues and glimmers of joy begins to seep through. This is ease…my body and self loves this ease. I am at ease for now.

Antoine Pete - Secrets in the Forest

Episode 27 comes next on Poisonoise Music and is the second guest mix in the series from the Negyednégy guys from Budapest, Hungary.      I love the sound that these guys are pushing and love the variety of styles shown on their label so make sure you check these out.
As with their previous mix for me, this one is a real nice blend of deep and dubby textures which features some of my favourite artists along the way.
