With works on labels as Dirt Crew, Fresh Meat and Consistent, Elef established himself as one of the new talent of the european scene thanks to his particular sound that mix the old-school house tradition with orginality and lot of character creating a perfect mix that you’ll surely feel on his “Stolen Reality”. As remixer we’re really proud to welcome the parsian Varoslav (Supplement Facts) that reshapes the original mix into an amazing hypnotic version in that unique way he got know for! Absolument formidable! On the B-side here comes UES, one of the greatest italian producers and dj, well known all over Europe thanks to his productions on prestigious imprints as Resopal, Blabla, Robsoul and Exprezoo just to name a few providing an icredible track full of emotion as the title will suggest you. “I Promised You A Ballad” is definitely the perfect sentence to describe this jewel of the contemporary house music that could just leave the listener speachless. Together with the original mix on this side comes the remix of the danish Mathias Mesteño (Upon.You) designing a fantastic groovy club edit that you’ll look forward to play.

Pourquoi, quand quelqu’un nous fait du mal, notre premier réflexe c’est d’imaginer le mal qu’on pourrait lui faire en retour ? D’où vient ce désir qui semble à la fois si juste alors même que la société l’interdit ? Est-ce que ça fait de nous des monstres si notre première envie quand on a été blessé, c’est de faire mal en retour ?
Si on peut ressentir ce désir de vengeance au quotidien –lorsque votre coloc vous a encore laissé sa vaisselle sale ou lorsqu’un collègue vous a humilié en réunion– rares sont les personnes qui passent à l’acte.
Elizabeth, elle, l’a fait. C’est une femme d’une trentaine d’années, assistante maternelle à Nantes, et le jour où un ex la largue de manière lâche et mesquine, elle ne revêt pas la combinaison jaune d’Uma Thurman mais invente une autre identité, une femme imaginaire, sur mesure, pour charmer et mener en bateau celui qui ne l’a pas respectée.
Francesca Giardini, chercheuse en sciences cognitives et autrice d’un livre sur la vengeance et le psychanalyste Gérard Bonnet nous éclairent sur les raisons qui nous poussent à rêver de vengeance et à y résister. Ils nous aident à comprendre ce qui nous semble satisfaisant dans la vengeance alors même que la réalité est peut-être moins savoureuse. Car se venger nous permet-il d’apaiser notre souffrance ? Patrizia Lombardo, professeure honoraire de littérature de l’université de Genève jette le doute avec l’exemple de la duchesse de Sierra-Leone, femme adultère et vengeresse dans la nouvelle de Barbey d’Aurevilly, La Vengeance d’une femme.

Back And Forth is the new label created in january 2011 by Nicola Sansoni, member of the venetian duo Cosmic Cowboys, with the target of exploring the obscure depths of club music. 

This new label wants to cross the borders between deep, tech and house, melting all the musical backgrounds and experiences of each artists into a common way of thinking about music and a unique idea of what music should represent: respect, love for the quality and the details, friendship and collaboration, all resumed in the concept: "Love Comes First". 

Representing some of the best new names in Europe, Back And Forth is definitely going to be one of the labels to watch out in the next years, receiving already the support of all the finest djs worldwide.
