Fædaland - Da ShantY Yellmen | Back From Beyond: Fethaland

Haltadans spent an inspirational 4 days exploring the remote island of Foula, climbing the hills and admiring the spectacular cliff scenery.  The band enjoyed numerous music sessions with local musicians and held a concert in the Foula Hall.   It was a truly memorable visit, the first tune draws on the very sociable time had with the Foula folk and our main mode of transport, a not so reliable Transit van that trundled us along the narrow Foula roads and regularly had a flat battery.  The second tune relates to dramatic cliff scenery and the breathtaking view from the Easter Heovdi, along the North Banks of Foula.
