It is night, it is day  
A cloud so thick it covers so I can’t see past these shutters  
Horrid and afraid  
The masquerade is falling and there’s no way I can turn the page 

Tired and sore  
If death is part of life then this is something uninformed  
Peace, am I whole?
Where is the meaning when she’s dying 
Have I missed it all? 

Show me how to navigate it all 
I am lost in the dark
