Toriel swaps with Asgore, definitively. After the empire falls apart, she becomes cold, strict, and menacing to her own people. Now she's living in loneliness. Asriel escapes from her because of her action and how she literally overthrows his father months before he was born.

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore CDIV, the Impossible/Dirty Hacker ending, details an ending in which a curious player messes with code to make a certain boss both dead and alive at the same time. The results are...illogical. Humans are to be treated as threats to the timeline above all else, and that is a crime punishable by death.
If you're curious on the AU name, all the Aftergores are numbered with Roman numerals. "CDIV" translates to "404."

Sans keeps his role. He's still his old goofy self, but he's dedicated all of his (non-lazy) time to studying the anomalous nature of this timeline. With the help of his trusty partner Alphys, they'll reach a breakthrough eventually...and make a bunch of baking soda volcanoes along the way.

This still doesn't play though.
