BREGER kicks off a new series presenting Kafka Tempo's soundscapes: "This set showcases the full range of my label Kafka Tempo, moving from Minimal through Psytechno and Darkprog, with a few broken-beat pit stops along the way. Performed live at Psyworthy in Portugal, May 2025." Goa-based BREGER is not one to sit still. As the owner of Kafka Tempo and co-founder of Copycow and Beatplantation Festival in Germany, he has spent 20 years supporting underground culture. His music has appeared on labels like Zenon and Soupherb, with standout releases including Hippies in Danger. With three LPs and hundreds of tracks, he moves between minimal and raw techno, always carrying a dark and groovy edge. His love for psychedelic elements is evident in his productions and continues to inspire. In his sets, Breger keeps things unpredictable, blending improvised sounds and samples to break away from repetition. He shifts freely between live and DJ sets, flowing with the moment. With a busy summer of gigs ahead, his winter months will be spent in residency with the beach collective Vortex Goa.

With over two decades of experience, she has mastered the art of reading the room, making her performances both flexible and sensitive to the ebb and flow of time and atmosphere. Throughout her illustrious career, Herrmann has graced nearly 1,000 stages, both nationally and internationally, showcasing her unique ability to connect with diverse crowds. Her extensive repertoire spans various genres, with a particular focus on psytrance and techno, allowing her to craft unforgettable musical journeys that resonate deeply with her listeners.

Bucht Der Träumer 2025 @ Waldtraut Floor | Berlin

We present a hybrid set from SOLAR KID in this Kafka Tempo episode. Blending selections from Kafka Tempo and Zenon Records with her latest release alongside AKA NINA, the journey closes with a taste of her unreleased creations. Raised between Serbia, the UK, and Sweden in a family of musicians, Solar Kid grew up immersed in sounds from around the globe. With roots in harp and vocals from an early age, she carries a wide palette of influences into her current projects. Since founding her downtempo project Solar Kid in 2008, now blossoming into releases on Zenon and Kafka Tempo, she has also lent her voice to collaborations with Younger Brother (Simon Posford & Benji Vaughan), Zyce, Liquid Soul, Tribone, and many more.  Her mixes embrace both the dark and the playful, moving fluidly between psytech, acidprog, and deeper shades of experimental sound. This episode reflects that eclectic spirit, a journey that is as atmospheric as it is driving.
