Born into a family where both his mother and brother are skilled musicians. David Hellquist from Gothenburg, Sweden has always found that music/sound was his main focus in life. Starting in the year of 2008 with electronic music, he felt an eager to create twisting sounds and noises that had been bugging his head and only when he felt he accomplished it he could find peace of mind. The tunes may vary from Dark Progressive/Psygressive with a “twisted-tech-glitch”-touch to different E.D.M genres such as Techno, Minimal, Deep/Tech and House. Hellquist is sure to continue serving us psy-heads with his “digital-acid-deep-in-the-Swedish-forest”-kind of mind altering musical creations.

This festival welcomed me with its arms wide open and its music deep, dark and brutal. Exactly what I needed! Set in a beautiful location, nestled amongst the trees in the forests of Slovenia, with a solid production, amazing people and tunes that just go on for dayz! It was my pleasure to meet so many new faces, but also be reacquainted with so many old. Truly a magical time was had.

A huge thank you to Rodrigo for constructing such a wicked event and permitting me to bring the power down. I can't wait to return again on future tours. Be sure to lock this tasty festival into your festival schedule. xo

This is a set I played this Summer at Existance Festival. Very happy to be dropping some more of these sets after a transitioning year. 2024 will bring more TechElf material and I cannot wait to show them around.
This was a peculiar set, played after a drum and bass session, but I got people grooving in no time. Leaning to the more serious style, I cannot stop researching for this kind of tunes.

Variable in his presentations, experimenting with different genres, creating his own style with powerful and unique sessions full of good tracks riddled with loops, playful melodies, heavy basses and psychedelic atmospheres that range from a fine Psytrance to a dark and swampy darkprogressive.

AlpaKa MuziK is thrilled to present this incredible mix by Mauritian label DJ, XAENOMORPH, who has just finished compiling one of AlpaKa's biggest compilations: SAYETECH, Vol. 1. This mix features many fresh tunes from the compilation, alongside other masterful productions.  Welcome to the sonic realm of Xænomørph, the creation of Thierry Lily from Mauritius Island. Born in the 90s, Thierry's passion for music was evident from an early age. As a teenager, he fell in love with electronic music, especially Deep House, but discovering Psytrance in 2017 truly ignited his musical journey.  Now known as Xænomørph, Thierry blends Psytech, Zenonesque, Dark Progressive, and Forest Progressive in his electrifying sets. His talent has earned him performances at Groove&Bass Renegade Festival, Soundwave Festival, and Era Festival, as well as a position as a label DJ with AlpaKa MuziK. An illustrious producer, his music explores the tension between light and dark, formulating expansive soundscapes among warm, driving percussion. The enigmatic producer has been producing top dance tracks for the last few years, which has won him a strong fan base both, locally and globally. The Brazilian Back to Mars (Forestdelic Records) is based in The Netherlands, working as a DJ and curating the music lineups of Amsterdam-based events like Bom Voyage, Trance Orient Express and Solstice Festival.
