David fell in Love with Dance Music in Sydney while on an around the world trip that started in 1991. Armed with only a handful of cassette tapes he left Australia and continued his travels through Indonesia and Malaysia on a motorbike, spreading the new sounds to anyone and everyone he met until he gravitated to Haadrin in Thailand six months later. (For a planned two week stay!)  
There he founded the now Legendary Backyard Pub in December 1992 and ran it for nearly ten years (picking up the name along the way) with a mission to "....influence and inspire the maximum number of people possible to the actuality of oneness through musical unity via celebration and dance..."  (Or "party" for short!)

Some of the names who bounced the floorboards there include Will Lane, Paul Honey, DJ-A (Thailand), Eren, Danny Rampling, Andy Wilson (Ibiza), Lee Burridge, Ben The Bee, Laurence Nelson, Simon Blossom, Stefano (Italy), Christian (Hong Kong) Jamie Last, Alex (London), Sascha Flux,....the list goes on and on (if you should be on this list then get in touch!).  At this time he also became the organiser and headline DJ for The Paradise Full Moon beach parties that attracted up to 25 thousand people every month, and continued with a succession of spin off's including Black Moon, Half Moon, and New Moon etc. on the surrounding Islands.

From these roots he has travelled extensively and had the joy of performing alongside a monumental collection of International DJ's and artists and has been invited to play at a multitude of events, festivals and parties all around the world.

David's style is eclectic but definitely uplifting dance music that has no specific genre and can and does include an array of styles giving a true feeling of a journey through sound.
