This is another of a short series of covers of myself singing, ( with solo ukulele), some of my all-time favourite songs. This  song was written in the early 60's by Canadian (of Cree Indian decent), Buffy St Marie.

The second collaboration between singer/songwriter Kevin Devine and Andy Hull of Manchester Orchestra, Bad Books II finds these two extraordinary tunesmiths untethered from their respective brands, joining forces to reach new stylistic and emotional terrain.
