”No Control” by Arp XP & Reza featuring Kayka is deep, dark and brooding. Rolling beats and super low sub are laced with Kayka's haunting vocal to devastating effect. A favourite of Lenzman's and featuring in many of his sets, this is a highly anticipated release and one that's guaranteed to get heads nodding and feet moving.

”Unknown Feeling” by Reza is a dubbed out minimal journey into drum and bass. Melancholy chords combine with snippets of vocal and a sparse break, which are all underpinned by the weightiest of basslines. With two tracks of this quality it's no wonder this release is a double A side.

Collectively the two tracks make for a killer release - yet another gem in the much sought after METHXX catalogue

Reza & ARPxp - When You Gone

J Fogel aka Stray made his first appearance on Exit Records in 2011 with the musically rich masterpiece 'Pushed' which featured on the Mosaic Vol 1 mixed artists LP and was a great insight into his production ability and an indication that he was a talent about to flourish. His second outing on Exit was the mighty 'LA Zoom' on Mosaic Vol 2 which was one of the most anticipated tracks on the album and set the tone for many of his current productions with the fusion of footwork, jungle and dnb foundations.

The 'Matchsticks' EP is his first full release on Exit and comes in the form of a four track 12" with heavy support from DJs such as  Giles Peterson, Mark Pritchard, Om Unit, Machine Drum Alix Perex, Annie Mac, Lenzman and dBridge amongst many more.  Picking up from where 'LA Zoom' left off we stay in the same vein with 'Prof Popper' 'Dropping Bombs' and his collab with Fracture on 'Bounce That'. All of which are loaded with energy and have been going off in DJ sets across the globe over the last few months. The title track 'Matchsticks' is a Dillaesque hip hop Instrumental which again shows us that Stray's musical ambition is certainly not limited to any fixed style and rounds off the EP nicely.
