My personal experience: 

 Ok so I dropped my car at the only tire place open I could get to at 7am. For two front tire replacements. The dude that gave me transport home from the company hit on me and asked me to date and for my number. I called at 6 pm to see why I haven't heard from them and when it will be ready. They say we are working on it now. I asked will you call me before it ready? Yes... So I ask when do you close? 7... So I decide to rent a Deco bike ride up there and they are closed! No answer, no call just kept my car with no permission overnight! I'm so freaking pissed off! How dare they!? They will be dealing with a very angry woman in the morning. I'm going to raise hell! 



Update pick up: Had to rent a bike again... Ok I got my car back... It was done before they locked it up last night without calling me. They opened at 7am today, and kept my car 24hrs to change two tires with out my permission, and no communication. Goodyear on Alton and 18th. Don't go there. And I was unprofessionally made a pass at for my number and a date.
