DUALITY: An album in two parts.

Since day one, I have always struggled with how to present myself. Am I a dance music producer who does downtempo / experimental albums? Or is it the other way around? My first album had a bit of both, which is why I have referred to ‘Duality’ as the true followup to ‘It’s Artificial’. Part One focuses on the downtempo side of things with hints of indie-pop, while Part Two explores my progressive and trance roots. This is by far my most raw and honest work. On June 1, we released two songs from each part: “Equal” with Asbjørn (Official), and “Midnight” with Alison May.

I did not do this album alone. These are more than just “features,” these are collaborations. Together, we have woven a massive journey that is deeply personal, and showcases our most vulnerable selves. Many of these fabulous collaborators are also LGBT+, and I am so proud to be a part of this wonderful musical family.

Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner Darin Epsilon is often referred to as a leader of the underground dance music scene.  His Perspectives radio show and podcast reaches tens of thousands of listeners every month.
