"rewind the credits" w/ @ruffmusicofficial and @chanelyates is officially out on all streaming platforms! this is the final song that the 3 of us planned together, and i honestly can't be happier with how it turned out.

similar to SO16, this one plays heavily on themes of nostalgia and the transcience of youth, so it only felt right that i brought back some of the sounds i used in SO16.

we hope you all enjoy this track as much as we enjoyed making it. oh, and we also snuck in a few movie references in here as well. can you name them all?

TLDR: My inspiration is Loaf 🍞 
About 5 years ago when I started really getting into producing, I found a logo on public domain that I fell in love with and started using as my stamp on remixes, demos, stuff like that. The logo featured a two-toned dog face with a lightening bolt down the middle. Flash forward a few years, and we found out our dog’s Boone and Bonnie were having puppies. The second puppy born was this red and white Aussie, and I instantly gravitated towards him. His name is Loafy, and he is my heart dog. 🤎🐶 As he got older, the brown spot on his face developed a jagged line similar to the lightening bolt dog face I had been using as my logo. It was kind of a full circle moment for me. Maybe sign from the universe, maybe smoking too much lol but that was my sign to never give up and realize this dream of being a producer/DJ. So here we are.. Bad Loaf
