Trip Hop is one of my fav leftfield genres, it takes you to a different place in ur brain chemistry. one of the best genres to come out of the 90s in my book, so I had to give it a spin.

who knows, I may even give it a revisit at some point

BLAYNEE is a producer and DJ whose sound moves between Breaks, House, and Hip-hop, with a focus on rhythm, atmosphere and bass. During his time in the North-West, he became immersed in the world of underground dance music which sparked the creation of his current alias, performing at notable venues such as 24 Kitchen Street and Meraki. Now London-based, he continues to connect with grassroots talent and venues.

Here, he showcases his vast appreciation of electronic music in the very first guest mix for heart react records; a fluid, high-energy journey through percussive club sounds, deep grooves, and genre-blurring selections that reflect his distinct musical identity.
