Bad Naps - I (ZODIAC Ultimate Beat Contest)

Bad Naps was developed through a series of friendships; the name was created as a joke while I was on tour with some friends of mine as a touring musician. The debut “Blue Heron EP” was a collection of songs about my coping with the long distance relationship with my now wife. The band is a uniting of my younger brother and two closest friends, with whom I have played music with for years. So, when I think about Bad Naps, I think of it is an outlet for my musical expression and creation, and a gathering of my friends to help bring it to life. 
We just released our second EP, called the “Sheepish EP” and played our first show. We have experience as musicians over the past decade, but it’s fun to start a new project and get back in the music game. We are based out of Williamsburg, VA.
