Was privileged enough to welcome everyone into the 2022 Cairns Eco Fiesta, before the opening ceremony. Played  songs that I love but I wouldn't normally,  given the family friendly vibes. I knew I nailed it when an older man asked me "Who was that band". Sometimes its not about bangas its about bringing people together from all walks of life <3

Was a great day my only regret was I couldn't stay longer!

Here's my set from NYX festival which I recorded at home due to gear issues. It was a deeply humbling experience to feel that I didn't play my best but to hear praises from my friends and strangers alike. It really shows that we are our greatest critics. What a festival! Still on a high that was the spectacular Rootbound Festival 2022.  The team brought a world class festival to our doors with an excellent vibe and wonderful culture of phat tunes, respect, community and family. 

I also got the chance to perform with my lover and soul mate <3 Thanks Lauren for pushing through all those stressful times we had before this! We made some beautiful memories <3

Badshore Rootbound Festival 2022

I forgot to record this set live which is such a bummer because its was my favourite for the entire year. What a crowd and I think what I delivered was a real treat and something I couldn't recreate perfectly. I had had some truly intense experiences the week before this festival and it was a healing experience to manage to bring this all together. 

This recording is only a shadow of the experience I had at Kanjini but it was special to relive it at home and try some new things as I mixed. Took a while before I thought the mood was right to recreate it hence the delay in getting it out in the world. End gets a bit scrappy but I hope you enjoy this set of tunes I wove together.
