Prep Time: 5 minutes
Blend Time: 30-60 seconds


7 Baby Carrots
1 Large Carrot, Chopped
1 Banana
1/2 cup Pineapple
Fresh Chunk of Turmeric
Fresh Chunk of Ginger
1/4 of a Lemons Juice
Pinch of Cayenne and Black Pepper
1 cup Mango Juice
1 cup Water

Steps:
1. Toss it all in a blender.
2. Blend it up !
