In this Baha'i Blog interview, Sonjel speaks with Laura Hedayati, a clinical psychologist who specializes in child, adolescent and family mental health. Laura is joining us from Nowra, two hours south of Sydney.

In this interview we talk about how to foster resilience in children, how children's classes and junior youth spiritual empowerment groups can promote mental health, and what we can do to aid the mental wellbeing of our children.
