Assimilated is a DJ/producer from Tel aviv, Israel. Influenced by the most hypnotic and abstract sounds of Deep Techno and Psychedelic Trance, he started to develop his producer side in 2017.

He defines his style by long and reverberating pads, enveloping textures, minimal percussion and psychedelic sounds, combining saturated timbres, deep sound and atmospheric landscapes.

This mix features tracks by Kaspiann, Foreign Material, Luigi Tozzi, Petit Astronaute, Assimilated, Joachim Spieth, Vanta, Translate, The Alchemical Theory, and more.

Sound, when alive, is a restless organism. And the sound that rises from Outpost's production is a pulsating life in continuous and relentless evolution. The simple attempt of defining it ends up bridling even the farthest idea of prismatic production. But what's inside Outpost – which prolifically unravels – is also the result of an immense study. These are seeds whose mysterious growth cannot be told, but just enjoyed. The journey is concrete and pulses in the nerves of who's in it. It departs from internal dimensions in the shape of a (just apparently) distant Earth; it moves between the broken rhythmics of hypnotic loops which are bridled by distortion chains, delays and reverbs. And, finally, lands to resonate as a new, aesthetic awareness; as a new approach to the sound matter.

The Eighth of our podcast series.
Artists: THE ALCHEMICAL THEORY

The Alchemical Theory project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three italian producers: Kill Acid on Space, Unclear and Øyvind (owner of Subosc Records together Kaelan). The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

In September 2018 they present their first album in CD format, with a super remix by Kaelan inside, published on the spanish label Annulled Music.

At the beginning of 2019 they released their first vinyl record, with Lunatik and OPL, on the italian label Absolute Records.

During 2019 many works are published, also in collaboration with great artists, both in physical and digital format, on relevant labels such as: Illegal Alien Records, Northallsen Records, End Of Perception, Norite and Lett Records.

In March 2019 they decide to present their first live set in collaboration with Monument. This live set is recorded in Italy, in a 250m deep canyon and broadcast live on the Monument's channels.

In November 2019 they recorded a second live set at the Teufelsberg in Berlin in collaboration with the Dots Gallery.

Many new releases will be published soon on important labels in various formats, including collaborations with really important artists from techno scene. Stay tuned to discover all the details in the future.

Justine Perry is a Berlin-based techno DJ. Attracted by the Berlin club scene, her sets are influenced by dark and deep techno, bringing the public to a hypnotic experience. Setting up in Berlin, she starting her collaboration with new artistic projects like Art Bei Ton and helped those events to feature more female artists.

As part of the LGBT+ community, Justine embraces the need of getting a more safe and diverse scene, involving more women and queer artists, as well as fighting against any form of discrimination.

Established herself in Europe, she played in prestigious venues, such as Rex Club in Paris, Khidi in Tbilisi, Griessmühle, or Tresor in Berlin, as well as some festivals, like Forte Festival in Portugal and soon Instytut Festival in Poland.

In 2020, in collaboration with Petit Astronaute, Justine Perry released her first track « Swell » out on DNC Limited.

Lindsey Wang, also known as Polygonia, is a versatile art and music project based in Munich, Germany. Her preceding intensive and long practice playing several instruments as well as the experiences with other art forms, inspired the artist to translate her understanding of rhythm, composition and experimentalism into the digital musical language.
