'Miami's Doc Brown is known for incendiary performances at EDC and BPM Festival as well as holding a longtime residency aboard the infamous Groove Cruise. Established in 2020, his Unlearn:Records imprint serves as an outlet for his own fresh, unique take on tech house and techno - as well as showcasing other artists producing incredible music that sits a little outside of the status quo. Expect dark grooves, rolling beats and an abundance of energy with every release.

His latest cut for Gene Farris's Farris Wheel is typical of his style, featuring dark, propulsive, rolling grooves, twisted vocals and a menacing bassline.'

Label boss Doc Brown is back with his first solo release of 2022 & his first EP on the label in over a year! 'Information' is a sinister, snarling beast of a track, raw & intimidating with a darkly hypnotic rhythm. It sits right at the edge where tough house topples into techno, with its warped vocals & industrial vibe leaving a lasting impression. 'Behind You' employs similarly mechanized tones, albeit with slightly less overt menace. A skittering, sinewy lead synth line twists & tugs like a disturbed serpent, while crisp drums and pummeling bass lead the way. Both tracks arguably make for Doc's most impressive release to date, and one whose sounds are set to captivate late night audiences & dark rooms all summer long.
