Dive deeper into your own unique manifestation of PranaShakti as we flow through a practice of breath, dance, yoga, and creative expression, while being supported by an intuitive Dj'd musical journey.

Shannon Connell is a Chicago-based yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10+. She is deeply passionate about creating classes, workshops and movement experiences that help bring awareness and shift on more than just a physical level. She loves to share her love of yoga, energetic movement, pranayama, poetry, music, etc... to help others find fun and different ways to connect more deeply within and as a community. Shannon believes that each time we practice yoga we step into a living conversation with our own divine manifestation of prana and she is constantly challenging herself and her students to explore, live, dance, feel and share this conversation both on and off the mat! 

Roman Borochin contributes his effort towards nurturing a compassionate, authentic, and empowered human experience. He has been doing so by creating intentional and transformative dance spaces in Chicago and Internationally, since 2007. Starting as a Kundalini Ecstatic Dance facilitator he employed specific music and sound frequencies to stimulate the different energy centers (chakaras), and take participants on a journey through mood and expression of movement. He recently founded and Dj's Ecstatic Dance Chicago, where freedom of expression is practiced to a shifting and flowing musical wave. When playing music for a yoga class Roman supports the flow and the energy of the class. He chooses high definition music, with captivating rhythms and melodies.
