finally had a chance to listen all the way through, i always wondered how you mashed this shit up live but I'm really impressed, those JN flips are unreal, solid set man :)

so this show was amazing, I HAD SO MUCH FUN PLAYING. thank you to *everyone* who was there listening to my set; it was my first real performance in *years*, and  it wouldn't have been the same without yals energy. i had a blast, and i hope you all did too!

for those that don't know: these are all *original productions* or *original remixes*, being performed live in Ableton using a variety of controllers [Akai / Korg / Acorn]. everything is performed live on the spot, including triggering the breaks, the glitching, the effects. i write / chop my own breaks, arrange and design all of my own sounds (where i'm not using processed drum hits). 

some quick hedging, just cause i'm a perfectionist: sound complications meant that this got recorded in mono, so you're missing panning. i do all of my level mixing live so i have to cater to the sound system i'm playing through, and we were having to overdrive the mixer, so the levels are *majorly off* in some places and the mix is distorted where it's not meant to be (lol, accidental distortion in breakcore. ironic, right?). so sadly it's not gonna sound the same on your speakers as it did live. also i got nervous and ran through my stuff too fast, so yes i am recycling material towards the end XD . SO, the set is by no means perfect but honestly i fucking loved playing it so idek. i definitely need to work on my transitions, and there are some small (cough, big) hiccups; but all in all.. yea, happy. :D

a fucking gigantic shout out to every artist whose acapellas i sample; thank you, i love your music. thank you to everyone whose tracks i remix or sample, i do it because your music means something to me.
