Active as a DJ since 2009, Samuele Pagliai boasts a ten-year experience as resident of the Florentine party @lattexplus where he plays alongside the best international artists. A devoted music digger, his appetite for new sounds has no bounds, and his taste constantly evolves. Deep house, soulful, dub, funk and techno are just a few of the genres you can hear during his sets. With this same approach, in 2017, he founded Angis Music, an independent record label dedicated to the publication of music produced by emerging and established artists from all over the world. In addition to overseeing the label’s A&R, he organizes events and exclusive listening sessions throughout Italy to create intimate spaces for the exchange of music and culture. Over the years, he has been invited to play some of the most prestigious clubs on the peninsula, such as Dude Club, Bunker, Link, Magick Bar, and Vicious, while at the same time building his experience abroad by playing in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Spain and Germany. Moreover, he has participated in radio shows such as Hessle Audio on Rinse FM, State Of Rhythm on Worldwide FM, NTS, and Universal Rhythms Radio, where he curates his own program and continues to gain recognition in the European scene.

Odd Selects w/ Odqin: Smooth Jazz - January 2024

Native to New York, musclecars is a DJ / Producer duo consisting of Brandon Weems and Craig Handfield. As musicians, they equally share an admiration for the artform. Their desire to blend genres and express their appreciation for music is focused around their community- the end goal is to bring people together. Through a regular stream of high quality mixes, they have begun to turn heads in underground circles. In 2018 they launched ‘Coloring Lessons’, a party that was aimed to add value to their city’s nightlife culture. While the party and sound is not genre specific, it is heavily focused around house, disco, jazz, and soul, embracing the musical elements of their black and brown ancestors. The monthly party's intention is to bring New York City's dance music scene back to what it was during the golden era of NY nightlife. They aim to spread the music that has been influential to them, and share it with a younger generation of their peers.
