Tender Buttons is @akash-bansal; a multidisciplinary writer, filmmaker, DJ and programmer based between Toronto and Montreal.
 
Over the past 8 years they have hosted radio residencies on the Lot Radio, n10as, TRP and CHRY. Since 2016, they have co-hosted Pillow Talk, a quarterly experimental dance music event that seeks to build new artists communities through multi-sensory dance parties. They previously worked for esteemed label Séance Centre and helped book Toronto’s favorite listening room– The Little Jerry.

Since the mid 00s, Mattias Lodding has been trying to save his hometown from dull music. He is bound to fail, but at least he keeps stumbling upon magical recordings.

For Metamorphosen he put together an hour of Nordic melancholy, spookiness, and curiosities. The mix was recorded with a late-night walk along Ringvägen, Stockholm, in mind, but it should suit a stroll pretty much anywhere.

Eva Geist, artist who dedicated her life to poetry. She is one of the paramount artists of Macadam Mambo. She’s also a resident at Sameheads where, together with Laura ODL (Ondula), she hosts the night called Diapason. They also form the duo As Longitude, which first EP “Blauer Part” was released by Knekelhuis. Together with Donato Dozzy, Eva has just started a monthly radio show on NTS called Electric Eden.

This podcast entitled “Ode to Era” is inspired and dedicated to my friend Jonida Prifti, who’s celebrating birthday today. There's a common thread between all tracks, it is a chanting dedicated to the Great Goddess (Dea Madre). This podcast wouldn't be possible without African, Indian, Arabian and Bali music. This cultures has never stopped to be inspired by the Divine Mother. Only recently white people are learning it by approaching tribal music.
