Here we go with our very first exclusive premiere and we've got a corker to get things rolling. Venezuelan duo Fur Coat have kindly given us the first play of the title track from their forthcoming EP 'There's No Time', which is coming out on Jamie Jones' ever popular Hot Creations label.

This new track is a perfect example of their love affair with the sleazier side of house music, razor sharp synth lines cascade over a hefty set of percussion and a rumbling, morose b-line while a pitched-down, barely audible vocal lurks in the background. Hot stuff we're sure you'll agree. You can get your copy of the cut from the 31st of March.

The return of Michael Klein was imminent. Considering the magnitude of his last offering, the „Drawing EP“, it was only a matter of time before he returned with another stellar parcel of forward thinking dance floor bombshells. With his latest contribution ‚Metals EP’, Michael presents four stunning numbers displaying not only his trademark sound, but his evolution and range as a highly promising new artist.
The expedition kicks off with „Silver“ and with it a lush presentation of the perfect balance between thrust and elation. While a persistent rush of momentum keeps the pace, slow yet infectious rises and vast ethereal cries of spacious flickers set the stage for a cosmic ride reminiscent of indigenous settings with boundless, star lit skies.
Following suit on the A side sees Michael return to his approach heard on his last EP. Somewhere between the traditional fundamentals and the future stylings of the most distinguished techno lies „Opaque“. With incredible force and exuberance, Klein delivers off kilter grooves that create a contagious, sweat laden exhilaration, nothing short of pure warehouse bliss.
Kicking off the B side is „Outer Shell“ and it is by far the most emotional and cosmic of all the tunes. Opulent melodics construct beams of radiant light found only in the outer reaches of deep space as flashes of meteoric rises and low bursts of impetus propel the auditor into a never-ending journey into a place where time and space cease to exist.
Wrapping things up is a slow burner entitled „Dura 2 feat. aGhost“. A tune that can be played fast or at the slower original speed, it's a beautiful demonstration of resistance and inflection. As chants of a mysterious female fill the room, shimmers of lavish chimes circle slowly to secure an impassioned sentiment of sorrow, excitement and desire.
To compliment the beauty of 'Dura 2' we've enrolled the services of Roman Lindau to put his spin on the original. With just a few elements Lindau expertly creates a monster of a dance floor stormer. As the bassline continually grows and shrinks with a simple but highly effective four to the floor groove, the excitement swells as short stabs of vocals entice the crowd to peaking trepidation.

The beginning of 2017 sees the debut of Rowee in the electronic music scene as the new alias of prolific Italian DJ and producer Leonardo Gonnelli. Welcomed into the fold by Damian Lazarus on his Rebellion imprint, this first release features three tracks collaborating with esteemed artists Thomas Gandey, KnowKontrol and Simon Wish.         
 
Opening track Earth To You, was produced alongside award winning British electronic producer, live artist and vocalist Thomas Gandey, renowned for his work with David Byrne and Fatboy Slim. The track is delicately energetic in its groove, rolling through deep atmospheres and sensual vocals. Gandey has released on some of the hottest labels including Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical and Desolate plus collaborations with Radio Slave, which include the album project Matom on Carl Craig’s Planet E. 
 
Disguise pushes a more tech house sound, featuring vocalist Dwayzo Lawrence aka KnowKontrol who has appeared on labels such as Saved and Keinemusik. Rowee explains, “this is a song about deception and trust in a relationship, both parties know the other is lying but they pretend everything is ok. It’s an amazing vocal interpretation surrounded by analog synths.” 
 
The EP closes in a collaboration with Italian native, U.S based Simon Wish, whose productions can be found on labels like Cocoon, Traum and Sleep Is Commercial. It Shows You is a tightly constructed deep groover, packed full of energy with an acid bassline that makes this track another real weapon for the dancefloor.
                                       
Fresh from his release on Seth Troxler's Play it Say it imprint and nominated in the category of Best Track at Vicious Music Awards, Leonardo Gonnelli has demonstrated his exceptional talent as a DJ whilst playing at worldwide events such as the legendary Space Miami, Pacha Buenos Aires, BPM Mexico, Dockyard Festival (ADE) in Amsterdam and Sonar. 2017 marks the start of a new chapter as Rowee, promising a bright future of what is yet to come.

Over the past decade, Jeff Button has righteously become a staple among Toronto’s underground music community. After moving to Toronto in 2003, Button found his way into the industry as a promoter at Toronto’s former Boa Redux after hours. Within a few years, he began his DJ career, holding residencies at many of the city’s influential venues including Mod Club, The Docks & Footwork to name a few.

With a sound that’s truly bound by no genres, Button’s mixes religiously bring dance floors to life. His productions have found their way onto labels such as Seaking, LoveStyle Records and Altus Project, while his skills behind the decks have landed him bookings at Corona Sunsets, The BPM Festival, SXMusic Festival, Time Festival and Toronto’s acclaimed Electric Island Picnic & Concert series.
