Placid aka Paul Wise is the chief in command at ‘We’re Going Deep’ – an online community and record label, born out of a lifelong affair with the many shades of electronic rhythm and obsession for collecting records since 1988. On a mission to share and release new music via his We’re Going Deep imprint: you’ll find only the best in Acid, Electro, IDM, Techno and Deep House for the dance floor, front room or even just your headphones.

Bringing the sounds of a true pioneer of Electro and Techno fusion to the next WGD solo series edition, Carl Finlow is renown for seamlessly blending the rhythmic intricacies of Electro with the hypnotic allure of Techno: creating a unique sonic identity that resonates deep down to this day. 
As a founding member of the iconic 20/20 Vision label, there is no doubting his pivotal role or pedigree in shaping the sounds of the Electronic music landscape, having released timeless music that has transcended genres over the past decades. 

A master of the sonic journey that blends futuristic textures with a timeless essence, he sets out his stall with the creeping drawl of ‘Equi’ on A1, leading with heavyweight bass that’s set to cycle as metronomic snares pop to sci-fi synthesis that can’t help but make your body twitch. It is however the lush shimmer of ‘Aether’ A2 that really captures the heart and soul. A tour de force in emotive Electronics that arise from the depths of Atlantis to sweep you into a whole other moment of existential bliss. A superlatively crafted composition fuelled by the power of the DX-100, awash with melancolic strings and whispy melodies that are combined to perfection – ANTHEM alert!

Over on the reverse, the menacing rumble of ‘Affinity’ takes hold on B1 as Finlow exercises a certain prowess balancing airy textures with the visceral, creeping to the finish line with nothing but gold on his mind. Lastly, the 80s spectrum tinged tones of ‘Septagon’ B2 lead us on to another level as you’re lured in by downright gnarly bottom end, as glassy arps and atmospheric touches complete his vision.

Greek superstar, Ziger returns to Sudbeat with three incredible tracks. 

From learning his craft at the turn of the century to being on the lips of the scenes elite, Ziger's sonic journey has been littered with high points. Signed to a mouth-watering number of labels including Plattenbank, ICONYC and JOOF shows the wide spectrum of his sound design and the appeal his music has to the scene itself. But don't take our word for it, check out the EP and discover the multi-colored world of Ziger for yourselves! 

Take 'Rumble' for example; rawkus and bass-driven, it thunders from the speakers with understated elegance. Pretty arps twinkle and leftfield FX trip out all heading towards the main break that magically ups the energy for the second half. A work of musical genius. 
Then there's 'Dot' which starts from a deep place but packs just the same punch. Building slowly with spoken vocals punctuating the groove, the main break here is hands in the air epic. And finally, 'Adapt' which playfully uses light and dark to paint its audio picture. Like a caged lion waiting for its moment to escape, the build up is tense but the pay off magnificent.

"Spread across four compositions it’s the title cut ‘Kuba’ which gets the release underway. Known for their pure progressive sound Ezequiel and Nicolas go dark and groovy with a strong dance floor sensibility. Rhythmic and spacey from the outset it’s chugging framework gets complimented with ghostly vocals and astral effects, before an emotive break tantalizes the senses, perfectly segueing into a heads down finale. ‘Recall’ follows suit with a similar design profile and dark, brooding undertones. A buoyant kick immediately grabs your attention as trails of sonic decay float above the rugged foundation. Eerie and ominous, the main break shifts the narrative into the netherworld before completely melting down for an inspired drop.

At the halfway point of the EP comes ‘Inconceivable’, once again relying on powerful rhythms, it’s chuggy groove is immediately infectious, while a strong percussive complement adds immense drive. The break brings a more poignant feel with delicate motifs taking centre stage, before getting washed away for wispy sonics and a killer drop. 

The release concludes with Sweet Paradise ft. Gise Stival which shows the more emotive side of EANP. Anchored by a rolling, subterranean groove it’s the delicate vocal styling's of Gise which resonate deeply throughout the first act. Glistening symphonics add an elegant touch during the main break, intertwining with the vocal perfectly, before smoothly transitioning into a purring finale. Ezequiel and Nicolas have more than solidified the EANP moniker as a source for quality progressive house and this EP only adds to that sentiment. A great debut on Movement Recordings for the Argentinean duo."
