Stevie Wonder was a childhood legend musician/singer/
arranger extraordinaire and I have covered his music in
1988 with "You Will Know", featuring Nelson Rangell,
and in 2008 with "My Cherie Amour", featuring 
Najee. He was one of the first keyboardists (in the 1970's) 
ever to  take the keyboard and through a new recording 
process called 'overdubbing', turned the keyboard
into a min-orchestra, before it became status quo.

LOVE'S LIGHT IN FLIGHT - SLICK RADIO EDIT

Although the word argent means silver, this song was inspired by Rod Argent's Moog solo in the song Clown on his 1975 album Circus, his most progressive and balanced album, in my opinion. I wanted to try something with a similar progression to that song and wondered what it would be like to have his solo become the melody of the song, just as an exercise. I did take it elsewhere, but enjoyed the process of taking something and making a completely different vibe out of it.

Beneath the fading dust on the horizon, light descends in fragile chords, painting the glass with colors that speak without words. The eyes arrive too late to witness the first shadows of the labyrinth, where melodies slumber and infinity softens into a tranquil pulse. Echoes emerge without a clear origin, wandering among long-forgotten names, until the night closes in a final, unbroken furrow.
