Barbara has transformed the music scene of hometown of Curitiba with her Alter Disco nights; breaking the social paradigms and encouraging freedom of expression on the dance floor and beyond. Her prowess behind the decks has allowed her to share her musical passion with European audiences, notably a Boiler Room debut at Nuits Sonores and joyful set at Lente Kabinet.

Barbara Boeing’s Bside exemplifies her rising notoriety; with tasteful selections spanning from the deep and moody, to the synth disco, to the signature sunny sounds of Brazil.

Missing a disk in his spine when he was born sent him naturally on a quest ! Since then he's been digging hard to find records for the love of music. Organizing his first underground rave party in 1992, he's been promoting and playing at parties all around the globe, playing at some very exclusive spots in Paris and London like the Murano and Kube hotels, la Terrassa, Follow The White Rabbit in Paris and Hakkasan, Sketch, Trapeze in London. He's been lucky to rock Cannes movie festival, Calvi on the Rocks and Horizon festival in Bulgaria. He’s now back in France around Bordeaux, playing for the Iboat and you can find him every week at Sous la Robe in Saint Émilion or on the beach during the summer at La Cabane de Lespecier, . His music is groovy, funky, colourful and uplifting.
