This track is a collaboration by Bosnian border band "Jall aux Yeux" and Saša Antić from the legendary Croatian rap band TBF from Split. 

It mixes contemporaneous rap lyrics with old French poetry by Alfred de Musset, thus expressing the eternal feeling of longing of those who have to leave.
