A DnB take of the theme music from the 'Terminator' films. This is my first ever attempt at creating a non-sampled Electronic music track. All made in Logic X.

Terminator (Drum N' Bass)

A short piano piece that I composed for a University assignment and performed live into Logic Pro X. It is a relatively simplistic piece, as I wanted to actually be able to play the piece (my piano skills are limited!) to ensure that it was written idiomatically. When writing it, I was inspired by watching video footage of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) and wanted the music to reflect the beauty and serenity of the lights, as well as convey the fluid movement of them.

Aurora Borealis (Solo Piano Composition)

Technically, this isn't Drum & Bass track- it's a Post Modern piece (meaning pretentious and weird) that incorporates elements of Classical music and DnB (as well as plenty of Shrek samples). After combining these two hugely contrasting genres of music, I ended up with this shrekked up piece of magic. This piece is not meant to be taken seriously but you're welcome to try.

A piece I composed for a clip taken from 'The Bourne Identity' film. The scene I wrote this piece for is the scene where he discovers the handgun, passports and money that all belong to him. He has no recollection of why he owns any of these things and leaves the bank, only to be followed by the police. I really wanted the piece to convey the sense of paranoia and confusion that Bourne is feeling throughout the scene.

This is a short riff that I wrote for my band Pandemick. I wanted to use 7/4 timing for a piece, so I sat down for an hour until I came up with this. I recorded and produced this when I was first learning how to use Pro Tools, so the mixing/overall production isn't exactly my best work! 

All instruments were performed live by me. 

7/4 Hard Rock Riff

This is a song that I wrote for my band, Pandemick. It was recorded in 2011 at Rockfield Studios, so it is pretty old now. I only composed and performed on this- I didn't record or produce it. It was offered a publishing deal by Future Music (which I declined XD) I'd like to record and produce this myself one day.

A piece I created in Pro Tools 10 (but not got round to fully finishing, hence the sudden ending!). It was entirely created by processing and manipulating audio samples; some samples were taken from songs by other artists and some were my own recordings.
