French-born, UZ stands out as one of the pioneering figures and most forward-thinking innovators in electronic trap music. With nearly 200 releases under his belt, he remains an influential tastemaker, continuously shaping the trap genre through his groundbreaking original compositions and his trendsetting label, Quality Goods Records.

UZ burst onto the SoundCloud scene in 2012 with his groundbreaking ‘Trap Shit’ series, consisting of 25 genre-defining trap classics. His 2013 compilation, 'BallTrap Muzic Vol. 1', featured collaborations with artists like Trinidad Jame$, Trae tha Truth, and Problem. In June 2017, UZ released his debut album, ‘Layers,’ which soared to #24 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Album Sales chart. He followed this success with his second album, "The Rebirth", in 2018, and his third, "Trinity", in 2020.

As the founder and head of A&R at Quality Goods Records, UZ has been at the forefront of discovering and nurturing the next generation of bass acts. Since its launch in April 2016, the label has been instrumental in propelling breakout artists into the spotlight, headlining shows worldwide.

On the live performance front, UZ is an internationally acclaimed touring artist with a dedicated global fanbase. He has graced the stages of renowned music festivals such as Coachella, Sonar, EDC Las Vegas, and Ultra Music Festival, in addition to headlining tours across the globe.
