WEEK 1! LETS GO! Boatload of injuries and underwhelming offensive production aside, the NFL's opening weekend gave us plenty of new storylines and fantasy football trends to monitor going into Week 2. The Chargers started the Jim Harbaugh Era with a performance they hope becomes typical: winning the rushing and turnover battles (176-71, 3-0) on the way to controlling the 4th quarter to victory. JK Dobbins won't go for 135 yards every week but we know it's on the table. Trade for Gus Edwards. 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey was a surprise inactive to most people Monday night vs the Jets AND IS NOW REPORTED TO PROBABLY MISSING WEEK 2 but his backup Jordan Mason will be ready to fill in again vs the Vikings. Cousin Puka Nacua reaggravated a knee injury he suffered in training camp and has been put on Injured Reserve and will miss at least four weeks (Rams coach McVay says possibly more). Las Vegas looks to bounce back after a trap game loss at home to the Panthers and with Just Herbert nursing an ankle sprain (and with both his starting offensive tackles out), Los Angeles might tuck tail vs Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs and just limp to their Week 5 bye.

We also go through all five of the remaining undefeated teams (they're all on the road this week) and see which one of them doesn't make it to 4-0.

Davante Adams was traded to the Jets and is expected to play this Sunday, his hamstring must have healed up on the flight over to New York lol. It's gonna be all vibes and backyard football but might actually go well, we shall see. On the other side of the coin, the Raiders look to move on after trading Adams away, should they fight for a Wildcard playoff chance or just tank to get their rebuild a better draft pick? The Chargers went into Denver and steamrolled the Broncos for their first win in six years at Mile High Stadium. Los Angeles has a chance to win their next four games if they can win their next game at Cardinals on Monday Night Football.
