Time to let your mind be free and fly to outer-world places with the latest Bamboleo release. BAM024 comes indeed from the Colombian skies, as label affiliate and crew core member Sebastian Ledher returns to our imprint for the entitled 'Spread My Wings' EP, which also sees man-of-the-moment Mene on the remix duties. The lead track combines jackin' bass tones with dusty grooves, glitched percussions, and shiny, echoing dubby stabs alongside some seductive vocals from Dutch singer and artist Rayzir. Next up, 'Cause Like' fuses bouncy grooves, playful synths, up 'n down baseline and shuffling drums to welcome rich chords and acid-laced sounds for a certified club tool. Closing things in style, Belgrade-based Mene brings all his unique stripped-back trademark vibes by providing an exquisite, extra-tight version of 'Spread My Wings' and adding some nasty congas and dirty leads.

“These tracks were born from the idea of capturing the pure energy and adrenaline you feel when you're on the dance floor. I wanted to create tracks that evoke that perfect moment when the music transports you, the rhythm becomes irresistible, and you truly feel it's time to dance. “This EP was really inspired by Jamie Jones’ sets—the music he plays, the energy he creates, and the tracks I love to listen to and play myself. It’s a fusion of old-school and new-school, blending a lot of styles mixed in these three tracks with a powerful bassline in all of them and a touch of Latin sauce.” - Marian. 

Up first is ‘Hands Up’, a slinky house mood with punchy beats and warping rhythms vibrating through its core. ‘No Paramo’ follows, injecting a playful funk with rolling percussion and crisp bongo accents, nodding to his Brazilian heritage. Closing out, ‘Keep On’ strips things back to a refined, understated groove, balancing deep bass tones with smooth, effortless movement.
