Influences: the queer Chicago club scene mostly, and all the queer club scenes in other cities that are our own little transnational community. My mom is Belizean so Belizean music is super influential on me. And I love anything with a kickdrum tbh.
 
Affiliations/Residencies/Projects: Rumors (@rumorschi), my collective in Chicago that I co-founded and run with an amazing group of other curators-we also run a mix series. I’m also a resident DJ at Smartbar for almost 6 years now, and I run a party at Hideout in Chicago called Ariel’s Party. I’m a part of the roster at Discwoman as well.
