CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES
Este “Guru Gaitri” mantra tiene una cualidad muy especial. Elimina obstáculos
kármicos y aflicciones del pasado, y limpia el aura, tanto así que resulta fácil
meditar y unirte al infinito.
Llamará a todos los poderes para que te sirvan.
Te dará la habilidad de resistir irritación y dolor.
SIGNIFICADO
HAR significa “Energía creadora de Dios”.
Y los otros vocablos son ocho aspectos o nombres de Dios:
1. GOBINDE Sustentador. Te sustenta con cada respiración.
2. MUKANDE Liberador.
3. UDAARE Iluminador. Eleva y exalta tu espíritu.
4. APAARE Infinito. Te transporta a través de los dramas de la vida.
5. HARIANG Destructor de todo.
6. KARIANG Creador de todo.
7. NIRNAAME El Sin Nombre.
8. AKAAME Sin deseo. El amor y la compasión de Dios están más allá de
todo deseo.

EFECTO
Este es un mantra que hace circular la energía y activa todas las células de nuestro
cuerpo.
El cuerpo sutil y el alma se conectan y la energía sanadora fluirá, a través de tus
diez cuerpos.
Limpia la mente y produce el sol de la energía Shakti en cada una de tus fibras
nerviosas.
Para el que se siente bloqueado limpia el camino.
Esta meditación es la más elevada alabanza a Dios y te trae gozo y prosperidad.
Las cuatro repeticiones de "Har" te dan poder, para romper las barreras del
pasado.

INSPIRACIÓN
Este es un mantra de protección. Fue dado por Guru Gobind Singh y se encuentra
en el “Jaap Sahib”, que es el segundo rezo devocional de la tradición Sikh, Es
también un mantra “Ashtanga”, pues tiene ocho componentes mayores. Si este
mantra se practica diariamente, en forma permanente, por 31 minutos o hasta 2
horas y media, concede el poder de que todos los poderes ocultos te sirvan.
TÉCNICA
POSTURA:
Siéntate con los pies cruzados en posición fácil. Si esto se te dificulta, siéntate en
una silla con ambos pies en el suelo. Endereza la columna y aplica cerradura de
cuello (retrasa el mentón, enderezando la cabeza). Las manos permanecen a la
altura del tercer chakra (ombligo) con las palmas enfrentándose, separadas unos
10 cm.
MOVIMIENTO DE LAS MANOS:
En cada Har entran como aplaudiendo, pero sin tocarse.
En cada palabra del Guru Gaitri Mantra (Gobinde, Mukande etc.) vuelven a abrirse
y se detienen en la posición inicial.
