Just got a M-Audio Oxygen49 midi controller and Ableton live 8 lite recording/virtual studio program with it and this is the first creation I have made. I am not a piano player in any sense I am just learning and only spent about 30 min putting this together. This is 7 different virtual instruments linked and played simultaneously. The program has a direct link to Soundcloud built in and whenever rendering you can also have it automatically upload.... so i just had to try it.

My first full length creation on my Oxygen49 with the Ignite program. Its still a rough cut/project in the making. I will continue to update as I learn and smooth things out. This is the first Midi devise I have ever owned and I wish I had gotten one a long time ago. So many option, instruments, different programs, and lots of learning.

My most recent midi creation & work in progress. Its a little foo foo lovey dovey love song that sprang out of the rhythm. I prefer rock but these things happen occasionally and somewhere somebody will find it interesting.

Drivin' - live acoustic

This is a very rough version of an original song me and the Renegade Masons wrote in 2009 and at the moment this is the only non-open air recording we have. We went to someones home studio and this is what we ended up with. Out of the 4 songs we did this is the only one even close to being done and is far far from it at a cost of $450.00 we ran out of time and money. We are now preparing and saving to go into a real studio with all the proper recording gear, mic's, rooms, and vocal mastering ability we are looking for to get the right sound to put on a CD. Everything on this track was recorded with 3 condenser mics at 0 atmosphere in a hard room with no EQ and evidently you can't turn off the vocal doubling effect in pro-tools it is standard (The Nirvana pro-tools edition evidently).

We are going to Jupiter Studio's in St. Louis sometime in the next 6-8 months once we recoup our loss.
if anyone knows anyone that is just as skilled and maybe more affordable in St. Louis let me know we have other songs we might try them out on.
