Quincy Jones died on the 3rd of November 2024.

This show is my tribute radio show to the legend that was Mr Quincy Jones.

From Ballads, to Disco, to Soul, He pretty much did them all, over 70 years in the music industry. He worked with Aretha Franklin, Donna Summer, Lesley Gore and Michael Jackson(to name a few).

I hope you enjoy the selection of music I chose for this 2 hour special.

My ttns.uk radio show from early This morning Friday 11th April. Edited out a few parts to tidy it up a little. My show was supposed to be just 1 hour, but as the DJ after me didn't show up, I did extra time. I am currently doing a series of shows based on record labels from decades ago(60s, 70s). This weeks show was the Dynamic label, which is a part of the Trojan record brand. Featuring the likes of Boris Gardener, Derrick Morgan, Eric Donaldson and many others.
