French superstars Chambord (@wearechambord)  join The Gardens Of Babylon with an exciting EP ‘Distant Time’. Remix support comes from Joep Mencke (@joep-mencke) and German Brigante (@german-brigante).

Paris based duo, Chambord have patiently raised their game over the last 3 years with releases on high profile labels such as Sol Selectas and Kindisch, cementing their growth with club and festival sets alongside the likes of Jamie Jones, Blond:ish and Acid Pauli. This release showcases the warm, energetic sound that is sound tracking dancefloors across the globe.

Opening with two original tracks, first up ‘Distant Time’ is a deep, melodic cut with rubbery bass, shuffling percussion and an epic vocal performance the echoes around your head. Crescendoing arps and warm keys playfully melt as emotional piano chords take the lead in the main break. ‘Red Moon’ opens to a tribal bass and sparse percussion. Growing organically, the piano again adds oodles of emotion as the melancholy plays out in real time.

On remix duties TGOB label mate, Joep Mencke returns with a haunting reimagination of ‘Distant Time’ that draws on the raw emotion of the original turning it into a deep, warm early floors wonderland. For his remix of ‘Distant Time’ Sol Selectas and Dirtybird regular, German Brigante constructs a filthy, saw-toothed analogue remix that the mighty Vangelis would be proud of!

Tucumán & Rembrandt are sonic illustrations of that and we are grateful that @fabiankrooss joined forces with the @kon-faber duo to create this energetic EP as we celebrate SAISONS022.

Berlin-based Kon Faber & Fabian Krooss are masterful electronic musicians whose works are characterized by an artful blend of futurism and intricate, emotional soundscapes. Their songs are carefully crafted, pulsing with deep grooves and jazzy melodies that transport the listener to earthy, fantastical realms.

Joep Mencke is making his debut on Bar 25 Music with "Fall For You". The Dutch DJ and producer aims to ignite a desire within us to delve deeper into ourselves, surrender, and embrace change using melancholic chord progressions, hypnotizing basslines, and driving drums. His sets at Burning Man, The Gardens of Babylon, Moga Festival, and Afrikaburn, alongside his club residency at KUN in Istanbul, epitomize how his music radiates happiness, bringing people together across the globe.

"Fall For You" recounts our unique love journeys, reflecting the profound emotions within our relationships while acknowledging the necessary efforts to sustain and nurture these connections. The song expresses the longing and craving for love. It was born during a period when both of us were navigating through ups and downs in our relationships. Creating this track was a good way to share, find support, see new perspectives, and express and share the emotions we were going through. The phrase "in between" is kept open as it invites people to relate it to their own stories, such as in between conflicts and difficulties, in between distance, in between joy, in between worlds (heaven and earth, rocks and skies), and in between doubts, among others.

Birds of Mind tease upcoming Body Language compilation with new single 'Don't Leave Me Here'.

Paris-based duo Birds of Mind, aka Alex H. and Adrian C, are Get Physical Music mainstays who were last on the label with superb singles 'Mi Pena' and 'No Time For Tears' back in 2022. In late 2021, they also served up a superb full-length album on Kindisch and are never far from the upper ends of the Beatport Organic House chart, such is the charm of their music. They bring great spirituality, deep drums and captivating moods each and every time and will showcase that on their entry into the esteemed Body Language series.

But first comes this super single 'Don't Leave Me Here' which pairs bouncing rubbery kicks with a melodic bassline that rides up and down the scale. Soft shakers and wispy pads add lush late-night feelings while the tender piano chords that slowly unfold bring inescapably powerful emotions. Add in some angelic wordless coos and seductively whispered words and you have a spine-tinging new cut from this cultured pair.

WAHM steps onto Bar 25 Music with Thoughts - a striking three-track release that blends emotional depth, live energy, and dancefloor finesse. Featuring the evocative vocals of Sophia Louise and a stellar remix by Italian maestro Musumeci, this release is a statement of intent from a duo that refuses to be boxed in.

Formed in 2019, WAHM - which means 'illusion' in Arabic - is the brainchild of Moroccan multi-instrumentalists Hicham and Walid. With roots in rock and metal, their transition into electronic music brought a raw, expressive edge to their sound. Known for high-intensity live performances filled with live drums, guitars, and synths, WAHM creates a musical language that bridges genres and captivates crowds. Their unique approach has already caught the attention of tastemakers like Solomun, Andhim, and Moscoman, as well as remix collaborations with Henrik Schwarz, Marcus Worgull, and Recondite.

Thoughts highlights the duo's emotive side, with Sophia Louise's haunting vocals leading the way, while Magic Love showcases their groove-driven, genre-blending signature. Closing the release is Musumeci, one of Italy's most respected producers, who reimagines Thoughts with his signature blend of hypnotic rhythm and melodic precision.
