1) If you could have any talent in the world, what would it be?

I have this recurring dream wherein i play the guitar just by using my mind, i’m able to hear every note i can think of without the limitations of the body.  It would be a wonderful talent to have in the waking world aswel.

2) What's the craziest or most out-of-character thing you've ever done?

That’s a though question! My mom could be reading this! hahah
Let’s just say, i share the same crazy stories that every “Psychonaut” has experienced.

3)What's your favourite thing about the place where you live?

We live in a small village near the mountains of Serra da Estrella in Portugal and my favourite thing here is to watch the birds show of their flying skills while listening to their morning songs with the sound of the river in the background. This really tickles my heart and makes me want to grow wings and join them, which is what i also do when my body goes to sleep :)

The human blink is controlled by the subconscious. The reflexive closing movement of the eyelids clean and protect the eyes. When we blink, the visual centre in the brain is regulated. Therefore, we do not consciously perceive this whole process and the briefly reduced incidence of light. On average, this procedure is conducted 10-15 times per minute. In moments of great excitement, joy or concentration, we can blink significantly less often. Due to the excessive focus, the blinking becomes a consciously controlled process for a certain amount time. The first Joe Carl EP on KataHaifisch contains two tracks. Both are well suited for a club setting. Strong basses create a dancing mood and hypnotic leads a dreamy atmosphere. In both songs you can hear the unique style of Joe Carl. Das Trio @treibgut eine reine Improvisations-Band und stellt sich immer einfach so mit ihren Instrumenten und Geräten vor eine Menschenmenge. „Die Inspiration kommt dabei aus dem Moment und dem Zusammenspiel zu dritt“, erklären die Musiker aus Hamburg. Manchmal seien es sogar eigene kleine Fehler, die die Idee zum nächsten Track liefern würden. „Am Ende eines Gigs in der Hammahalle des Sisyphos ist dann irgendwie der Track „Phosphor“ entstanden. Das ist zwar auch schon wieder eine Weile her, aber irgendwie hat er uns nicht losgelassen, so dass wir ihn unbedingt aufnehmen und veröffentlichen wollten.“ Gesagt, getan. Die Nummer erscheint nun mit einem weiteren Original, „Eigengrau“, über @heiterwolkig - mit Remixen von @iorie und @peng_peng (@ddoollpphh und @meerkats). (...)

Theres a tale of a place where there was no time, no shame, pure happiness and freedom, it was called the Bar 25.
I discovered the Bar 25 in my early teens and all the pictures that i saw and the music that came out of this place inspired in me a wonderful, naive picture of night life. It grew at a time before i really knew what things like drugs and escapism were, only on the love for freedom to be whoever you want, flashy colourful lights and electronic music.
I still carry this picture with me and will never stop believing in it. When i watched the Bar 25 Movie again recently and this one little piece of music by the absolutely insane @reecode came on, i felt this image bloom in my chest and i wanted to honor this place and thank it for were it brought me.
