HAF:köf(n)un was commissioned by the Aarhus-based quartet Njyd that features Anja Nedremo on the tenor sxophone, Jonas Weitling on the tam-tam, Marie Sønderskov on the flute and Mikkel Egelund Nielsen on the guitar. 

The piece describes the different layers of the ocean as we go downwards to the bottom.

Devotchka watch her garbles

Written for and premiered by the Danish National Symphony Orchestra at PULSAR Festival 2017. Conducted by Baldur Brönnimann.

VAPE is inspired by the Tokyo subway sarin attacks committed by Aum Shinrikyo in 1995. Five terrorists boarded one subway train each, carrying plastic bags filled with sarin. Sarin is a transparent liquid that easily evaporates. To perform the attacks, the five men dropped the bags on the subway floors and poked them with the tips of their umbrellas, allowing the material to sneak into the atmosphere with terrifying consequences. 

In the piece, the instruments are divided into five groups, representing each attack, describing the circumstances and atmosphere, both literally and figuratively, as well as the actual vaporisation.

Verk fyrir hörpu- og slagverksdúóið, Duo Harpverk.  Upptaka frá tónleikum á Myrkum Músíkdögum 2012.  Verkið inniheldur einnig vélsög og matarblandara með blóði.

A piece written for the band Duo Harpverk (harp and percussion).  This is a recording from a concert at the yearly Dark Music Days in Iceland, February 2012.  The piece also includes a motor saw and a food mixer with blood.
