For those of you who resonate with the Mayan Dreamspell Calendar or want to tune into the frequencies for the upcoming cycle from Feb 17 to March 2nd 2022 I have created a Sonic Activation.

This activation is tuned to resonate the heart chakra with solfeggio frequencies and and to entrain the brain into a relaxed meditative state using binaural beats in the theta range of 8 hz.

I recommend to listen on headphones in a comfortable position and to drink plenty of water to integrate the energies and transmissions better.

to create an ecstatic dance journey is a deep creative process for me, which usually goes on for days. It really is a journey, also for me when i create it and not only for my dancers on the dancefloor.

In this journey the theme of "COMMITMENT" came up so strongly. What is commitment for me, committing to myself? Do i really show up on the dancefloor of live? How would it be if i really say YES. How would it be if i share and give myself FULLY in this very moment...To really OPEN MY HEART with and without fear... this journey invites u to show up on your own dancefloor..GIVING yourself fully for this 2h16...what do u find out about yourself? How is it to BE HERE IN THIS VERY MOMENT.FULLY?

This version of the beautiful Gayatri mantra was recorded with talented friends while I was living in the incredibly musical town of San Cristobal, Chiapas, Mexico last September.  The act of singing this melody all together brought joy to our hearts.

The Gayatri mantra was written in India between 2500-3500 years ago.  The mantra is a declaration of appreciation, to both the nurturing sun and to the divine.

in Sanskrit:
Om bhūr bhuvaḥ suvaḥ
tatsaviturvareṇyaṃ
bhargo devasyadhīmahi
dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt

in English:
We meditate on the glory of the Creator
Who has created the universe
Who is worthy of worship
Who is the embodiment of knowledge and light
Who is the remover of all sin and ignorance
May he enlighten our intellect
