In Erinnerung an einen ganz besonderen Menschen, der leider viel zu früh von uns gegangen ist. Einige der enthalten Tracks haben wir auf unseren gemeinsamen Reisen in Südamerika kennengelernt oder einfach nur zusammen in Berlin gefeiert. Das Foto ist auf dem Rückweg von Ecuador nach Kolumbien in der Tatacoa-Wüste entstanden. Einer der Momente, für den Merle reisen gegangen ist. Rest in the light.

With an outward look towards the world instead of towards the inside, and partly created during the pandemic, this album is full of observations and criticism towards the powers that control us, that shape and tilt our opinions, that strip us from our humanity.
