@wassumusic is on a constant quest, an unrelenting hunt for the secret sauce. Welcoming dancers as partners on this journey, his melody-laced musical offerings serve as the conduit for collective cultivation. As he’s grown into a key pillar of New York’s organic house scene, Wassu continues to harvest a collaborative community built on a foundation of emotive electronic production.

Through recent projects on Anjunadeep and TRYBESof, Wassu is venturing onto the world stage. His distinct blend of bountiful deep grooves and soaring melodic flair has caught the ear of the scene’s most dependable tastemakers, with support pouring in from the likes of Lee Burridge, Tony McGuinness, Tim Green, and James Grant.

He’s also showcased his prowess behind the decks, with billings alongside Above & Beyond, Bob Moses, Jody Wisternoff, DJ Tennis, and Maceo Plex. With a sterling set of releases forthcoming on some of the best deep and organic house labels in the market, Wassu continues his ascent as the world regains its dancing feet in 2021.

Very happy to present a next discovery from the country we call home, Switzerland: originally hailing from an indie/folk-pop background, the singer and songwriter Natascha Polké has found her destiny in powerful melodic techno and mixed a sensationally strong Whiskey Sour for us!

Always drawn to dark ambient vibes, Natascha has ultimately found her footing in techno. Marrying the two influences Natascha Polké manages to interweave what might appear like an unusual match into sublime melancholic productions transcending stylistic boundaries. Driving beats and haunting pads are flattered by her intimate vocals, telling stories of blurring lines between reality and illusion, diving deep into unknown corners of the human mind.
 
After living in London for several years and holding a residency at the Roundhouse (LDN), Natascha Polké now resides in Switzlerand and regularly DJs at Zurich’s Hive, as well as frequently playing events such as Klangheimlich and Motion Beach Festival.

Her first single ‘Siren’ was a collabation with Definition:music and was also the beginning of her merge with his label Defintion:Music. Definition:Music, which has been making waves in the electronic scene since 2011 and launched the career of none other than the Ukrainian electro- duo ARTBAT. Whilst producing all tracks herself she mixed her 2021 EP in a collaboration with no other than Jan Blomqvist’s team in Berlin.

It’s easy to lose yourself in Natascha Polké’s music, get carried away by melancholic waves with an edge of longing, underpinned by pulsing bass lines and beats you can’t help but nod along to.

What a lovely Whiskey Sour, might we please have another round!

Let us take you on a trip, a journey full of sounds and beats. Not to the underground - but to a picturesque village in Tunisia named Sidi Bou Said. Set on a promontory, the artistic town is overlooking the mediterranean sea and is known for its blue and white houses. Different Ray's favorite cocktail, the Sidi Bou Kobsa, is named after one of the most beautiful towns in Tunisia.  

Tunisian producer and DJ Different Ray is  an eclectic selector and music producer whose musical journey draws upon multiple styles and sounds. He embarks in an artistic, tireless effort to offer a melodic trip to his deeper, more complex, and profound feelings.

His releases are featured on lables such as Hoomidaas, Poesie Musik, Art Vibes Music, Sound Avenue, Nie Wieder Schlafen.  His music has been played and supported by the likes of Nick Warren, Kora, Death On Balcony  Mark Slee, Nils Hoffmann and many more.

Hello friends! Here is the recording of my very first set at Stereo Montréal

A place that truly feels like (((home))) 

A room that means so much to many of us and that sparks wonders for those who haven't been yet. A space where we can be free, all together. A spaceship that uses vibrations to bend space and time. A temple where music becomes alive.

It was an honour to have the chance to play in this room for 11 hours to the most amazing group of humans. It's been a dream of mine for so many years to have the chance to play there and it's one of most meaningful moments I ever lived. Stars were aligned, the collective energy was truly beautiful and I am happy to be able to share with you the soundtrack of that night. 

Thanks to all the @stereonightclub team for the incredible work to co-create such a sacred space for music. 

A special thanks to Luc for the cosmic visuals during the night.

And thanks to all of you family and friends who joined the journey.

Our next guest is a rising star in the middle east - first as a DJ and now as a producer. 

@bachirsalloum has crafted a deep and lovely mix for us today - with melodic rhythms and driving groove. A super smooth journey; the listener is able to drift and enjoy each moment of this mix as it evolves.

Based in Dubai since 2014, he’s played alongside several A-list DJs including Nick Warren, Sasha and Hernan Cattaneo, who was one of the first to pick up on his promising productions. Signed to Genesis and Plattenbank Records, his dream-like deep and progressive productions have quickly picked up a strong following.

Borella is a Toronto-based electronic music artist known for her melodically dynamic sound that mostly falls on the deeper side.
Be it downtempo or darker and more progressive sounds, she makes sure to guide her listeners through different soundscapes; taking them to a space where music is the only language of thought.
Her sets are known to take the audience through delicate and powerful journeys that are vibrant and dynamic.
She took her very first music lessons at the age of five with her father who is a professional percussionist. Later on at the age of twelve she took her first guitar lessons in classical and Spanish disciplines.
