This time around we're sure you will agree that we've gone for a more serious look with a design coming from our peoples at Zonda.Vision in Madrid, Spain. We were blessed with a killer cover, and the cassette art that's got us all eager to have it in our hands.

In terms of the music however, we did not take ourselves too serious as we all enjoyed sessions of digging, chopping, stabbing and contributing to this horrorcore collection of gems that cover a range of styles of instrumental Hip Hop.

We hope you enjoy what we've put together for you, and if you haven't already, be sure to peep 'Goosebumps 1: Children of the Night' which has been restocked.

Millennium Jazz Music presents The Solar Panel 

The project began as a few simple tracks to put out over the summer months as we soaked up the vibes from the sun rays and directed the energy into our music. Then the word got out about the album and the artist list got bigger and bigger. Now we have this massive long player that is almost an hour and twenty minutes long and packed with gems over a 24 track play list featuring all of MJM's currently active roster and a few guest features. All of who will be no stranger to a lot of you around the world. 

So you would be forgiven if you thought that the title was in reference to a typical photovoltaic system, when in fact 'The Solar Panel' are a panel of artists who took inspiration from the summer season and released their warmth in sound waves. 

Expect a mixture of styles from Jazzhop, Instrumental, Emceeing, Lo-Fi, Boombap, Soul and Electronic, but always Hip Hop. 

This is our biggest in house project since The Gathering LP in 2011, and our longest playing cassette ever. We hope you like it.
