I totally believe in keeping the practice tracks around-often you (or I) get something in one of them you (or I) never get in "real" sessions

I am a drummer that played with different bands in South Africa and was lucky enough to have worked with some  good musician friends on these  songs that were all low budget recordings unfortunately
