Time to highlight my winter home, Singapore. This was taken during the www.super0.sg festival while I stayed at Changi Beach Park, Singapore. Another collection of records I found whilst diggin through the many warehouses of 2nd hand record shops spread across this City State.  This country is truly beautiful for it's landscape and food. Loz Goddard is a man, a man who creates fine house music with a disco twist. Hailing from Manchester in the UK, he has released music on labels such as Outplay, Razor-N-Tape, Quintesstials, Secret Reels and Large. Anyone who has seen him play or listened to his staple 'Downtown Groove Sessions' monthly radio show will know he blends leftfield jazz twinged house with disco stompers and straight up groovers with ease, truly a DJ that caters for all tastes.

Today we ask him some questions about his approach to making music and what he has planned for the future. Loz has also kindly put together a mix for us to accompany the interview.

Spring has well and truly sprung and the first long weekend of the tropical season down under has taken its toll on our poolside compadres. While the iced margaritas kept our hands chilled, the level of indulgence and debauchery was far from frosty. If our time at the poolside palace has taught us anything, it's that the only time you'll be coming down at Motel Cools is when you're gliding down the waterslide into a pool surrounded by sunshine, palm trees and of course, your best crew. 

 Life's too short to swim around in a sluggish state, so we've handed the keys to Retiree to transform your mind with their sultry, sun drenched sounds. By the end of this hour of power, you'll be wanting to do it all over again. 

The summer hasn't even begun.
